According to labelling laws covering organically grown products, on this wine can carry the words "biological agricolture". Like all Barone Pizzini wines this is the result of choosing working methods , from vineyards to cellar, that are aimed at guaranteeing superior wine quality and keeping intact all the characteristics that uncontaminated nature can give grapes.
Grapes: Chardonnay 95%, Pinot nero 5%
Vinification: Gentle pressing, fermentation in
temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: 6 months stainless steel.
Serving suggestions: Aperitif with Parmigiano, raw fish, brodetto, Culatello, salami.
