Palate: crisp, rounded, and full-bodied, with appealing fruit and crisp acidity; luscious notes of yeast and crusty bread.
Ideal as an aperitif, but also with almost any dish: it will complement, not compete with, light antipasti, seafood first courses, hearty rice dishes, main courses featuring fish light meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
