Grapes Sangiovese 90%, Merlot 5%, Alicante 5%. Vinification fermentation in a temperature controlled rotation macerator. Ageing stainless steel vats and barriques. Refinement 2 months.
Fruity notes on the nose; the bouquet becomes ethereal and intense with aging. The flavour is dry, austere and warm.
