This wine is obtained by selecting the very best
Montepulciano and Aglianico grapes. It undergoes traditional vinification; the must remains in prolonged contact with the dregs of pressed grapes and undergoes ageing in small oak casks.
Deep, garnet red with violet reflections, this is a rich, intense wine, with great harmony and a perfect blend of ripe fruit flavours that evoke undergrowth, plum, hints of roasted wood and vanilla.
Ideal with red meats, game, haute cuisine dishes, cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18°C. Ideally, the bottle
