Refinement: 8 months in big French oak barrels (50 hl), afterwards at least 4 months in bottle.
Colour: Ruby red with purple highlights.
Aroma: Elegant with fine intensity, hints of wild berries and mint leaves.
Taste: Dry, full-fruity and well structured.
Development: It is already excellent after 2 years; the best vintages can age up to 7-8 years.
Serving temperature: 17° - 18° C (63°/ 65° F)
Pairings: Pasta dishes served with red sauces; white and red meat.
