Traditional methods in steel tanks
It is aged for six months in Slavonian oak casks, and then matures for a further six months in the bottle .
Deep ruby-red colur with garnet highlights is followed by a characteristically powerful bouquet,while its dry,
well-bodied flavour shows marked, attractive acidity, which softens on ageing to a full, harmonious taste.
It is best served with white and red meats, tagliatelle pasta.
