Grape variety: 100% Insolia.
Production area: central and western Sicily.
Maturing: after bottling, 12 months in controlled temperature cellar in reclined bottles to develope its bouquet.
Colour: golden yellow with greenish highlights.
Tasting: aroma complex and intense, rich in sensations typical of ripe fruitenhanced by scents of vanilla and dry fruit and nuts thanks to the evolution in wood barriques.
Flavour: marched character, wellbodied, harmoniously, elegant and particulary persistent.
