Perlage: Fine and persistent bubbles sustain a bright-white ethereal foam.
Aroma: Fruity, with characteristic bread-crust aroma and rich with floral sensations.
Taste: Full, harmonic, rich of freshness, with a good acidic structure but not sharp, good aftertaste, slightly aromatic, with the right persistence.
Suggested food pairings: Good aperitif but enjoyable also as a general dinner accompaniment. Among the most successful pairings are those with fish, white meats and vegetables.
Serving suggestions: In champagne glasses (flutes). Uncork the bottle at the moment of serving. Optimal serving temperature 45 - 48°F.
Storage: Best consumed within 2 years of the degorgement. Preserve it in a dark cellar at a temperature between 58 and 65°F.
