Colour: pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: fresh and elegant with a touch of yeast.
Flavour: dry, full-bodied with well-balanced acidity.
Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir combine to make up the cuvée of this sparkling wine which is produced by the classic method of bottle fermentation. The maturing process with yeast lasts a minimum of 24 months; over a period of two months the bottles are shaken daily by hand. The high quality of the grapes from the Castel Monreale vineyards and the painstaking traditional work process result in a top-quality sparkling wine which bears comparison with the most renowned French champagnes.
Recommended for: as an aperitif or dessert wine. Serving temperature: 6-8°C
