Aroma: Fresh, intense, with hints of ripe apples and vanilla and a touch of pineapple and wild flowers.
Taste: Full, fresh and harmonic, good acidic structure complemented with good body; the flavours of yeast and bread crust are particularly rich and persistent.
Suggested food pairings: Excellent as an appetizer, marvelous general dinner accompaniment for important occasions.
Serving suggestions: In champagne glasses (flutes). Uncork the bottle at the moment of serving. Optimal serving temperature 45 - 48°F.
Storage: Should be consumed within 2 years of the "degorgement". We recommend storing it in a dark cellar at a temperature between 58 and 65°F.
