Grapes: Barbera 100%.
After care: 24 months (50%in Allier-casks, 50% in Tonaux), 2 further months in the bottle.
Vinification: Fermentation for 10/15 days with submerged cap system at a constant temperature of 25°. Malolactic fermentation in Allier-casks.
Colour: intense ruby-red.
Bouquet: spicy, with hints of ripe fruit.
Taste: well structured and full bodied.
To be served at: 18 - 20°C
