Fermentation with submerged cap system at a temperature of 30°, to obtain the right polyphenoles concentration. The final fermentation is made in allier-casks.
Colour: garnet-red with ruby reflexes.
Bouquet: hints of ripe fruit and vanilla, aswell as cacao and chocolate.
Taste: full bodied, smooth and soft, elegant.
Alcohol: 14,5% Vol.
